Fatemeh Banihashemi

Fatemeh Banihashemi joined Cron Israels & Stark as a Litigation Associate in November of 2008. Her primary practice areas include personal injury, business litigation and medical malpractice. For two consecutive years, Ms. Banihashemi has been named a "Rising Star" by California Super Lawyers magazine and recognized as one of the top young lawyers in California.

Ms. Banihashemi received her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was selected as an Advocate for Southwestern's Interscholastic Trial Advocacy Honors program enabling her to develop outstanding trial skills. She competed in and was awarded top honors at the Stanford Law School Mock Trial competition in 2005.

Before attending Southwestern Law School, Ms. Banihashemi received her B.S. Degree in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine, where she was on the Dean's Honor List, was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, and was an Honoree at the Undergraduate Research Symposium. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
