Glendale Man Charged with Drunk Driving while 4-year-old Daughter in Car

A Glendale, California man was arrested for drunk driving while driving his car with a 0.11% blood-alcohol level over Father’s Day weekend while his 4-year-old daughter was inside the vehicle, according to the Glendale Police Department.
The Los Angeles County district attorney's office filed three criminal counts against Vincent Rodriguez. They include driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal 0.08% limit and cruelty to his child, because his actions could have created a deadly situation.
His girlfriend, Lineo Lowe, was also arrested and on suspicion of drunk driving and child endangerment. She was released after posting a $100,000 bond, according to the
Glendale News-Press. Rodriguez has remained jailed in Glendale since Father's Day.
